- Field Service Technician

- The Field Service Technician is an experienced field technician role responsible for independently executing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities on Cyclonaire pneumatic conveying systems and related equipment. This role builds on Level 1 capabilities and emphasizes independent execution, disciplined troubleshooting, and customer confidence.
The Field Service Technician resolves most field issues using established procedures and sound judgment while recognizing when escalation to senior technicians or the Field Solutions Engineer is required. This role supports Cyclonaire’s LIFETIME SOLUTION commitment through reliable execution, strong customer interaction, and consistent documentation and alignment with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.
- Electrical Mechanical Assembler 1

- The Electrical Mechanical Assembler assembles, installs, tests, and calibrates custom pneumatic conveying systems using both electrical and mechanical disciplines. This role works from blueprints, schematics, instrumentation diagrams, and bills of material to build equipment that meets Cyclonaire’s quality standards. Responsibilities include wiring electrical components, performing startup and calibration activities, troubleshooting issues, conducting functional and safety testing, and ensuring equipment is ready for successful operation in the field. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.
- Mechanical Designer 1

- The Mechanical Designer 1 is responsible for preparing production and assembly drawings using computer-aided drafting (Solidworks) based on models created by equipment designers and engineers. Some modeling and design may be involved but an understanding of the concepts and practices is necessary. This position will work as part of a team by assisting the equipment engineers and designers. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.
- Controls Programmer 2

- The Controls Programmer 2 independently designs, installs, optimizes, and adapts electronic control systems and instruments to automate and monitor industrial processes across Cyclonaire’s full product line — from initial specification through customer handover up to and including system integration — without requiring oversight from a senior programmer.
This role develops technical designs to implement automation controls; configures systems using Cyclonaire PLC and HMI programming standards; and models, tests, and measures output and data to analyze performance or quality issues and develop solutions.
The Controls Programmer 2 also contributes to team capability by mentoring CP1 programmers, developing Cyclonaire standards and work instructions, and serving as the technical lead for commissioning activities on customer sites as needed. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.
- Welder/Fabricator

- The Welder / Fabricator is responsible for fabricating and welding components that meet design specifications, quality standards, and production schedules for Cyclonaire products. Performs welding and fabrication activities using a variety of materials, tools, and processes while following technical drawings, work instructions, and established safety requirements. Works closely with production leads, engineers, and quality personnel to ensure parts are manufactured accurately and efficiently. Identifies and resolves basic fit-up, fabrication, and welding issues while maintaining workmanship standards and supporting production goals. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and contributes to continuous improvement efforts within the fabrication process. Carries out all responsibilities in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values and Core Process.
