Cyclonaire’s Pinch Diverter Valve is designed for pneumatic conveying systems that require reliable material routing between multiple sources or multiple destinations. Proven for semi-dense, dense phase, and dilute phase conveying applications, the valve supports controlled convergence and divergence within material handling systems.
Custom built to fit a range of configurations and angles, the Pinch Diverter Valve helps operators shift material flow “on the fly” while maintaining obstruction-free routing through the convey line. Its double-wall pinch valve construction supports long service life, while integral pressure switches provide positive flow direction identification.
With pressure ratings up to 85 PSIG, depending on valve size, and options for indoor or outdoor applications, the Pinch Diverter Valve provides the flexibility needed to support complex pneumatic conveying layouts.
