The HC Series conveyor is a high-capacity, side-inlet pneumatic conveying system designed for efficient handling of abrasive and fluidizable powders. Utilizing a vacuum-loaded, semi-dense phase process, the system achieves conveying rates up to 80+ TPH while minimizing material degradation and system wear.
Medium-pressure blower air creates venturi-induced vacuum loading and controlled pressure conveying at intermediate line velocities. With integral dust separation and optimized air-to-material ratios, the HC Series delivers reliable performance across a wide range of industrial applications.
