Used Across Industries
Simple, Reliable Dust Reclaim for Demanding Applications
The Cyclonaire CycloLok® is a gravity-loaded, bottom-discharged dense phase conveyor designed for low-volume dust reclaim and material transfer applications. With only one moving part, it provides a simple, dependable solution for handling highly abrasive or friable materials in harsh operating environments.
CycloLok is especially well suited for demanding dust reclaim applications, including high-temperature processes. Its low conveying velocity helps protect material integrity and reduce component wear, while its compact design simplifies installation and maintenance.
Rated for capacities up to 2,000 pounds per hour and operating temperatures up to 450°F, the CycloLok consumes minimal compressed air and uses solid-state controls to support automated operation with reduced supervision.

Timed Load-and-Discharge Operation
How the CycloLok Transfer Cycle Works
CycloLok alternates between gravity filling and pressurized discharge to provide controlled, repeatable material transfer with minimal moving parts.
Load Cycle
During the load cycle, the inlet valve remains open while the air supply valve is closed. Material flows by gravity into the vessel until the predetermined loading interval is complete.
Discharge Cycle
The air supply valve opens, forcing the inlet valve closed and pressurizing the vessel. The material is then conveyed into the transfer line. When the timed conveying cycle ends, the air valve closes and the unit returns to the load cycle.
Performance Advantages
Simple, Low-Maintenance Design
Only one moving part helps simplify operation, reduce maintenance requirements, and support dependable performance in demanding environments.
Low Air
Consumption
Typical compressed-air consumption is only 20–30 SCF per cycle, helping support efficient system operation.
Handles Demanding Materials
Pulse jet reverse-flow cleaning helps maintain filter performance while reducing manual cleaning requirements.
Automated
Operation
Available with filter, control, material contact, access, monitoring, and protection options to fit application needs.
