Used Across Industries
Streamlined Railcar and Truck Unloading Support
Cyclonaire CycloLift is designed to make unloading hopper-bottom railcars and trucks more efficient, controlled, and operator-friendly. Its specially designed connectors install easily between existing tracks to help reduce clean-up time, minimize material spills, and support safer unloading operations.
CycloLift creates a tight seal between the unloading equipment and the hopper discharge area, helping maintain positive sealing during material transfer. Pneumatic lifters raise the unit as the hopper empties, supporting continued contact and reducing material loss throughout the unloading process.
Available with multiple adapter plate sizes, material contact options, and custom configurations, CycloLift can be adapted to a range of railcar and truck unloading applications.

Positive Seal Unloading Support
How CycloLift Supports Cleaner Material Transfer
CycloLift helps create a controlled connection between covered hopper bottoms and conveying equipment to reduce spills, improve alignment, and support efficient unloading.
01
Position the Connector
CycloLift is installed between existing tracks and aligned beneath the hopper-bottom discharge area.
02
Create the
Seal
Pneumatic lifters raise the connector to provide a tight boot-to-gate seal between the hopper and conveying equipment.
03
Transfer
Material
Material discharges through the sealed connection into the unloading system, helping reduce spills and cleanup.
04
Maintain
Contact
As the hopper empties, the pneumatic lifters continue supporting the seal to maintain positive contact during unloading..
Performance Advantages
Fast Alignment
Custom-designed steel adapter plates help align the boot seat with the hopper for efficient unloading setup.
Clean, Tight Seal
Pneumatic lifters provide a tighter boot-to-gate seal than traditional mechanical linkages.
Simple Installation
CycloLift can be installed in a small, shallow trench with less excavation than larger pit-style unloading systems.
Unrestricted Movement
When retracted, CycloLift allows unrestricted railcar and truck movement through the unloading area.
